Everyone needs to follow Tom Belfort HE IS THE GOAT

He was the person who through his forum posts actually changed my entire mindset.

Before 2023 my mindset was you must be born rich to get rich.

I cringe hard at that looking back.

Plus he recommended me some business and copywriting books which I devoured and developed a juicy skillset from.

Hated reading but I reluctantly thought well this guy is rich compared to me I'll actually read then.

So my knowledge of funnels, copywriting, digital marketing in general has flourished.

Lol now I'm obsessed with human psychology.

Tom Belfort also goes by as Splishsplash on the marketing forum blackhatworld.

The body naturally produces the creatine it needs for these processes, so supplementation is not required for basic survival or function. Critique of Supplementation (2:56 – 4:24) • The speaker argues that research on the performance-enhancing effects of creatine is equivocal, meaning there is no definitive consensus that it benefits all athletes. • For bodybuilders, he notes that creatine mainly works by drawing water into muscle cells, which may create a larger appearance but can mechanically hinder muscle contraction. Potential Risks and Concerns (4:24 – 7:01) • He warns that excess creatine...
