Why is Jamie Henry Brown so epic at marketing and sales?

Jamie Henry Brown, known as @JamieHenryBrown on X, describes himself as the world's most hated marketer. He posts about sales tactics such as preferring cold calling, personal challenges including social anxiety, and lifestyle topics like the benefits of a carnivore diet for sun tolerance. With a small following, his content mixes professional insights, candid reflections, and everyday observations."Somehow I ended up here in 2026." Jamie Henry Brown’s marketing and sales framework works so well because it skips generic, fluffy advice and aggressively applies high-level direct-response strategy and behavioral psychology. Several foundational layers build this marketing engine: ### 1. The Direct-Response Mentorship Stack Instead of following generic corporate marketing tutorials, Jamie builds frameworks directly on the playbooks of industry titans:  * **Russell Brunson:** Implementing structured value ladders and strategic multi-step funnels (like "Free + Shipping...

I know Sunscreen is bad for us and the endless amounts of chemicals in it..but what's everyone using when you're going to be in the sun a long while like at a theme park or Waterpark? Kids and I are very fair. I use a tanning bed a few days a week(I know I know). But what can I do to prevent burning in the sun?

Kids and I are very fair. I use a tanning bed a few days a week(I know I know). But what can I do to prevent burning in the sun?" Burning in the sun is usually a result of eating seed oils. Since we don't eat any seed oils on carnivore we burn way less. Just make sure you build your natural sunscreen by going out when the uvs are not as high in the beginning. Once you have a nice tan then your defences are up for higher intensity UV.

An epic carnivore diet song

Image
ðŸŽ¸ The ultimate anthem for the primal lifestyle is finally here. 🥩 Turn the volume up to eleven, fire up the cast iron, and let the heavy riffs take over. This is CARNIVORE, the official rock track from VYNITH built for anyone who lives by the fire, the steak, and zero compromises. No leaves, no seeds, no grains just pure primal power locking into your soul. This is an AI generated song. Carnivore Diet Song by Vynith is an AI-generated rock anthem dedicated to the primal, carnivore lifestyle. The track emphasizes a commitment to a meat-based diet while eschewing plant-based foods, grains, and seeds. Key Themes of the Song: • Dietary Focus: The lyrics advocate for a diet centered around animal products, specifically mentioning steak and brisket (0:39), and explicitly rejecting "green" items, leaves, and seeds (0:14-0:29). • Primal Aesthetic: The song uses imagery of fire and cooking over a cast iron (description, 0:48) to reinforce a back-to-basics, hunter-gatherer approach ...

UV index of 7 today so prime time to tan and maximise vitamin d3 production.

Image
The post by Vynith encourages tanning at a UV index of 7 to maximise vitamin D3 production, paired with a photo of a shirtless man sunbathing against a red brick wall. UV index 7 represents high sun intensity, enabling efficient vitamin D synthesis in short periods for those with lighter skin while raising the need for timing to prevent burns. The author, who promotes carnivore diets for healing, positions sunlight exposure as a complementary natural health practice.

Alcohol on the carnivore diet?

Image
If you're going to drink make sure it's vodka or something equally strong because beer is liquid bread. Obviously alcohol is a poison and everyone pretty much knows that but if you drink once a week and stick to carnivore then it's a win. And besides we are all human so we have our vices. Like for me I still have sugar free energy drinks and I've been on carnivore for five years!

The UK Meat Tax Idea is Genuinely Out of Touch

Every few months, the media loves to dust off the conversation about implementing a "meat tax" in the UK to combat climate change or drive behavioral shifts. But let’s call it what it is: a direct tax on human health, financial freedom, and everyday working people. And for those of us who follow a strict carnivore diet, this isn’t just an annoyance it’s a direct hit to our lifestyle. Here is why a meat tax is a fundamentally terrible idea: 1. It’s a Tax on Health For the carnivore community, meat isn't just a side dish or a luxury; it’s our medicine, our fuel, and our entire nutrition plan. Thousands of people have reversed chronic inflammation, fixed severe gut issues, and reclaimed their metabolic health by cutting out ultra-processed foods and focusing solely on high-quality animal proteins and fats. Penalizing the single most nutrient-dense food on the planet makes zero sense if public health is the actual goal.  2. It Punishes the Working Class A meat tax is inherent...

What's your opinion on professor bart kay?

Image
I've been following him for quite some time and his information is excellent. He holds 3 advanced research degrees. He's been a professor for 25+ years. Tbh his content is light years better than others and personally I think he is a great person to help preach the carnivore diet. A great asset to the carnivore community. Some people don't like his sort of presentation style though. Anyone who is willing to put themselves out there to challenge mainstream ideological slop gets my respect. What do you think about him?

We are entering the epic era of infinite tail "keywords".

The X post by @JamieHenryBrown declares "We are entering the epic era of infinite tail 'keywords'", referencing a shift in digital marketing and SEO driven by AI search technologies. "Infinite tail" extends traditional long-tail keywords into an effectively unlimited range of conversational prompts, multimodal queries, and task-based searches, where content must satisfy clusters of user intents rather than rank for fixed phrases. The author runs a business selling gym vests targeted at carnivore diet enthusiasts, positioning this concept as a strategic opportunity for niche brands to reach highly specific audiences through varied, low-volume search variations.

They Banned Us: Why Big Tech is Terrified of the Carnivore Diet

Image
If you’ve been trying to log into my Quora page today, you’ve probably noticed a massive, orange brick wall where my answers used to be. "Account Banned." According to the algorithmic overlords at Quora Moderation, my account has been flagged and deleted for "multiple violations of spam policies." No warning. No human conversation. Just a swift, digital execution. They want you to believe I was selling knock-off sunglasses or flooding the platform with bot links. But if you’ve been following my work, you know exactly what I was actually "flooding" the platform with: hard truths, scientific studies, and raw data about the healing power of the carnivore diet. This isn't a spam issue. This is an ideological war. The "Spam" Pretext: How the Narrative Control Machine Works In the digital age, establishment platforms don't debate you they erase you. But they can't just come out and say, "We are banning you because your animal-based lif...

Why Snapchat Spotlight is an Untapped Goldmine for the Carnivore Diet

Image
When we think about pushing the ancestral health message, our minds usually drift straight to TikTok, Instagram Reels, or YouTube Shorts. But the screenshot above reveals a massive, sleeping giant that most e-commerce brands and health advocates are completely ignoring: Snapchat Spotlight. Look at those metrics. That isn't just passive scrolling; that is explosive, high-leverage engagement. Here is a breakdown of why this specific data proves Snapchat Spotlight is one of the best places on the internet right now to preach the carnivore lifestyle and build a hardcore audience. 1. The Virality Velocity is Real  62,625 Views vs. 11 New Followers:  In traditional social media math, these numbers look like a typo. On Snapchat Spotlight, it's a feature, not a bug. The algorithm doesn't care if you have zero followers or a million; it cares purely about the quality of the content. For a new brand or a niche message like meat-based nutrition, you can bypass the grueling "fol...

Nutritional epidemiology is a scam

Image
I am stupid, yes. But also consensus is usually wrong at least in terms of nutrition. Because we can't lock people in labs at birth and compare two different diets due to ethical reasons so the "science" in nutrition is adjusted epidemiological studies. Extreme example but it's like this: "Study shows eating fiber increases gut function" That study is sponsored by Kelloggs. You see the glaring conflict of interest without them having to actually state it in the conflict of interest section. Epidemiology studies are good for other areas of science just not for nutrition. ngl this "smash patty" was delicious

Image
This is probably the easiest way to make a pseudo smash patty. So essentially you take 500 grams of beef mince and use a burger presser to smash it down. I pressed it down until it fit the whole pan. Salt liberally. I then cooked it until I started to smell burning because I'm too lazy to set a timer. Flip. Cook again til you smell burning. And Voila. Plate and pour residual fat and wait about 5 mins so the meat can marinate in its own succulent juices. Enjoy. Pics included for reference.

The Great Electrolyte Myth: Do You Really Need Supplements on a Carnivore Diet?

Image
We’ve all seen it. You scroll through Reddit or any ancestral health forum, and it isn't long before you stumble upon a post like this one from r/carnivorediet. How long do most people continue to supplement with sodium, potassium, magnesium? I know it's important the first couple of weeks, but do most people stop... after say 3 months?" It’s a valid question for beginners. When you drop the carbs, your body flushes out a massive amount of water weight and, along with it, crucial minerals.  The dreaded "keto flu" is real, and during those first couple of weeks, balancing your electrolytes can save you a lot of misery. But here is where the industry hooks you: they make you believe that what was necessary for a transitional phase is required for the rest of your life. Spoiler alert: It isn't. My Journey From Mineral Obsessed to Carnivore Minimalist I’ll admit, during my early keto days, I fell hard into the supplement trap. I was practically obsessed with magn...

Decoupling the Nonsense: How Professor Bart Kay Cut Through the Noise and Taught Me the Carnivore Diet

If you’ve spent more than five minutes researching nutrition online, you already know the space is an absolute circus.  One expert tells you to eat nothing but kale and blueberries; another says fruit is fine but meat will kill you; and a third claims you need thirty grams of fiber a day just to keep your digestive tract from shutting down. When I first started looking into the carnivore diet, I ran into the same wall of conflicting information. I didn't want marketing fluff or vague "ancestral vibes" I wanted cold, hard physiology. That’s when I stumbled across Professor Bart Kay, the self-described "Nutrition Science Watchdog." Who is Professor Bart Kay? Professor Bart Kay isn't your average social media health influencer shouting into a camera for views. He’s a former professor of health science and human physiology who has taught and conducted research at universities across New Zealand, Australia, the UK, and the US.  His academic background covers:  Hu...

The Tech Overlords Can’t Stomach the Truth (or My Dinner)

Image
They want us compliant, lethargic, and entirely dependent on highly processed, seed-oil-laden sludge. But the moment you strip away the modern dietary noise and return to the ancestral fuel that built humanity? That’s when the censorship hammer drops. Just yesterday, a routine video showcasing a staple of a proper human diet raw beef mince was aggressively taken down by TikTok’s automated thought police. The justification? "Dangerous Activity and Challenges." The Reality of the "Violation" Take a look at the notification they sent over: The Content: A simple video captioned: "Just Another Day With Beef Mince. #carnivorediet #bartkay #carnivore Don't forget to follow for more carnivore diet videos and live streams."  The Verdict: Removed under the guise of preventing "significant injury" and restricting "dangerous activities or challenges." Let’s be entirely transparent about what is happening here. Eating raw or minimally cooked hig...

A good CEO right there

Image
The post by @JamieHenryBrown shares a viral image recounting the 2014 Market Basket protests, praising CEO Arthur T. Demoulas for his employee-focused leadership that led to 25,000 workers emptying shelves across 71 stores and refusing duties until he was reinstated after a board firing. Sales at the New England supermarket chain dropped around 95% in weeks during the action, which succeeded in rehiring Demoulas and demonstrated exceptional staff loyalty stemming from fair wages, benefits, and a positive culture. As the owner of a small business selling carnivore diet gym vests, the author uses the story to spotlight effective CEO traits and employee relations, reflecting common entrepreneurial interest in inspirational business examples.

How to persuade my family to stop eating oxidised omega 6 seed oils?

Image
How to persuade my family to stop eating oxidised omega 6 seed oils? Sadly I've tried mentioning about how inflammatory they are multiple times. It doesn't seem to work. I've pretty much tried everything I can think of to change their minds on eating this slop but nothing ever works. Maybe it's a lost cause. They keep using margarine and I've told them countless times to at least use butter. Damn. The ease of using margarine seems to win over the nasty health consequences they'll be facing. I mean they are already unhealthy in other ways so it pains me to try to change their view and nothing works. I'm trying to lead by example as well but no luck in changing their minds yet. It's just sad because as we all know here just how damaging seed oils are. Have you had any luck in persuading your family to stop the seed oils?

A Redditor was worried that he wasn't getting enough omega 3 on the carnivore diet

Image
A Redditor was worried that he wasn't getting enough omega 3. If you're not suffering from any omega 3 deficiency symptoms I wouldn't worry too much about what a lab report says. But if you are a bit worried I would try adding some sardines. Just remember that every single nutrient we need to thrive we get from animal products so don't stress too much. I went down that path and worried about vitamin c, omega 3 etc when I started but professor bart Kay constantly states as long as you eat primarily ruminant animals and associated fat you'll be getting everything you need.  +/- butter if you tolerate it. Btw those supplements you can ditch as well. Now I'm all for supporting carnivore diet companies but if it's ancestral from the liver king? No thanks. Tbh I think he did more harm than good to our carnivore space. The best thing about carnivore is not needing any supplements for nutrition.

To be clear I don't hate the average vegan

To be clear I don't hate the average vegan. I hate vegans influencers. Pushing an ideological based diet void of long term nutrition and claiming it as healthy is misanthropic and criminal of the highest order.

The Zero-Carb Truth: Why Dietary Carbohydrates Aren’t "Essential" (And What the Carnivore Diet Proves)

Image
If you’ve ever glanced at a traditional nutrition pyramid, you’ve been told a consistent story: carbohydrates are the foundation of a healthy diet. We are taught that glucose is the body's fuel, and without grains, fruits, and veggies, our energy would crash, our brains would stall, and our health would plummet. But what if the actual biological requirement for dietary carbohydrates is exactly zero? Let’s dive into the fascinating biochemistry of why your body doesn’t actually need you to eat carbs, and how the explosive popularity of the carnivore diet is putting this science to the ultimate real-world test. The Essential vs. Non-Essential Misconception In nutritional science, the word "essential" has a very specific definition. An essential nutrient is something your body absolutely needs to function, but cannot manufacture on its own. Therefore, you must get it from your diet.  Essential Amino Acids: There are 9 amino acids (from protein) your body cannot make. Without...

Fun fact: Humans are obligate hypercarnivores.

This means we must get 70 percent or more of our nutrition from animal sources. While veganism and the standard western diet works in the short term it is vastly devoid of nutrition long term.

The Great Calorie Myth: Why Your Body Isn't a Metal Box

Image
If you have ever tried to lose weight, you have undoubtedly had the mantra "calories in, calories out" (CICO) drummed into your head. The fitness industry treats it like an infallible law of physics. Eat less, move more, and the spreadsheet of your body will perfectly balance out. But if you have ever adopted a carnivore diet, you have likely experienced something that shatters this neat little equation. You eat rich, fatty, nutrient-dense meats to satiety, you stop tracking every morsel that enters your mouth, and somehow, your body composition improves. So, what is going on? Do the laws of physics suddenly stop applying when you eat a ribeye? Not exactly. The laws of physics are perfectly intact. The problem isn't the physics; the problem is the fundamental misunderstanding of human biology. We have been taught to view our bodies through the lens of a bomb calorimeter, completely ignoring the fact that human beings are highly complex, open thermodynamic systems. Here is...

Why We Joined Quora: Fixing Carnivore Diet Misinformation One Answer at a Time

Image
The internet is flooded with nutrition advice. Unfortunately, much of it is contradictory, emotionally charged, algorithm-driven, or simply detached from biological reality. That becomes even more obvious in the carnivore space. Over the last few years, the carnivore diet has exploded in popularity. Millions of people are now questioning conventional dietary wisdom and experimenting with animal-based nutrition to improve their health, energy, body composition, mental clarity, and overall quality of life. But with growth comes noise. For every thoughtful discussion about elimination diets, metabolic health, insulin resistance, bioavailability, and evolutionary nutrition, there are dozens of recycled myths, misleading headlines, and pseudoscientific claims designed purely for engagement. That’s one of the reasons we’ve now joined Quora. Why Quora? Unlike short-form social media platforms where nuance dies in the comment section, Quora still allows long-form answers, deeper explanations, ...

The Legend of the Liver Portal: How Vynith’s Founder Found the Meat Matrix

Image
Jamie Henry Brown was a man of simple pleasures: heavy deadlifts, a perfectly seared ribeye, and designing the ultimate gym vests for his company, Vynith. He believed in the carnivore diet. He breathed it. But he never expected to literally fall into it. It all happened on a Tuesday night in the Vynith warehouse. Jamie was standing over a fresh shipment of ultra-breathable stringers, eating a stick of butter like a Snickers bar, when he noticed a strange shimmering behind the squat racks. It looked like a rip in the fabric of reality, glowing with the faint, warm hue of a medium-rare Wagyu. Naturally, Jamie did what any peak-performance alpha would do: he poked it with a beef stick. The rift lunged forward, swallowing him whole.  Welcome to Carnivoria: The Realm of the Ancestral Grind Jamie didn’t hit the ground; he landed gracefully in a perfect, ass-to-grass squat. When he looked up, his jaw dropped. He was standing in a dimension where the air smelled of hickory smoke and the ri...

12oz steak cooked in butter

Image
12oz steak cooked in butter Delicious. This post by @JamieHenryBrown shows a seared 12oz steak cooked in butter on a patterned plate, with a fork alongside, simply captioned "Delicious." The account promotes the carnivore diet heavily while selling gym vests aimed at meat-focused fitness enthusiasts. Shared on 16 May 2026 with minimal initial engagement, it represents routine content highlighting animal-based meals popular in this dietary community. Nutritional Breakdown (Per 12oz Steak + Butter) For the gym-goers tracking their daily animal-based macros to optimize performance, here is an approximate breakdown for a standard 12oz beef ribeye cooked with 2 tablespoons of butter: Calories: ~1,100 kcal Protein: ~82g (pure, highly bioavailable muscle-building blocks) Fats: ~85g (optimal for hormone production and clean energy) Carbohydrates: 0g (pure carnivore perfection)

Does refeeding syndrome even occur on keto/carnivore?

You’ll read that you shouldn’t break a long fast with a heavy meal because of refeeding syndrome but does it even effect us if we break with a high fat high protein meal? I reckon you only ever get the electrolyte issue if you break with carbohydrates. Pure speculation on my part so I’m happy to be wrong. The longest I’ve ever fasted was 5 days and I broke with eggs and nothing negative happened. Of course n=1 though. Thoughts?

Vynith Officially Launches With a Mission to Redefine Modern Gym Apparel

Mansfield, England – May 15, 2026 – New fitness apparel company Vynith has officially entered the market, bringing a bold identity-driven approach to gym wear inspired by strength culture, performance training, and the rapidly growing carnivore lifestyle movement. Founded by Jamie Henry Brown, Vynith aims to stand apart from traditional activewear brands by focusing on minimalist aesthetics, intense branding, and a community-first philosophy centred around discipline and self-improvement. The company’s early product direction focuses heavily on gym vests and training apparel designed for athletes, lifters, and individuals who value simplicity, functionality, and performance-focused lifestyles. “Fitness culture has become increasingly commercialised and repetitive,” said Brown. “Vynith was created to bring back identity and meaning to training apparel. The goal is to build something that feels connected to real gym culture rather than trend-chasing marketing.” The brand takes inspiratio...

Professor Bart Kay: Here's Why You Should Never Take Creatine

Image
In this video, Professor Bart Kay presents an argument against creatine supplementation, asserting that it is unnecessary and potentially harmful. Below is a summary of the key points: The Role of Creatine in the Body (1:21 – 2:48) • Creatine is essential for energy homeostasis, acting as a buffer that facilitates energy transfer within cells. • It is vital for muscle contraction and relaxation. The body naturally produces the creatine it needs for these processes, so supplementation is not required for basic survival or function. Critique of Supplementation (2:56 – 4:24) • The speaker argues that research on the performance-enhancing effects of creatine is equivocal, meaning there is no definitive consensus that it benefits all athletes. • For bodybuilders, he notes that creatine mainly works by drawing water into muscle cells, which may create a larger appearance but can mechanically hinder muscle contraction. Potential Risks and Concerns (4:24 – 7:01) • He warns that excess creatine...

Calories Are Literally Heat: What That Means for the Carnivore Diet

For decades, nutrition has revolved around one dominant phrase: “Calories in, calories out.” But most people never stop to ask what a calorie actually is. A calorie is not food. It is not nutrition. It is not health. A calorie is simply a unit of heat energy. Technically, one dietary calorie (kilocalorie) is the amount of energy required to raise the temperature of one kilogram of water by one degree Celsius. That definition comes from physics, not biology. And that distinction matters more than most modern nutrition advice admits. Your Body Is Not a Bomb Calorimeter The calorie model originally came from burning food in a machine called a bomb calorimeter. Scientists would literally incinerate food and measure how much heat it produced. But humans are not steel containers with flames inside them. The body is a hormonal, adaptive, biological system. Two foods can contain the same number of calories while producing completely different effects on: * hunger * insulin * inflammation ...
